Exchanges & Return Policy
If you for any reason upon receiving the order, wish to cancel it you will need to contact us within 7 working days.
If your reason for CANCELLING is based upon the fact that the goods were received in a damaged state, kindly contact us via Email (sollysanglers@gmail.com) or whatsapp (0813723000), attaching images of the damaged goods.
We will then replace the merchandise with a new product and uplift the damaged goods at our cost OR a full refund which includes all costs of transporting the goods and uplifting the damaged goods.
NOTE: It is very important to write on the waybill if the box/package that was received by you is damaged or box/package opened (if sent by our courier).
If your reason is based upon you not being satisfied with the product OR that the product did not meet your expectations while withstanding that the fact that the goods were received in good order.
You will need to have it returned to us at your OWN cost and you will be refunded the cost of the goods ONLY, less 20% handling fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Refund will only be processed once we have received the goods and have inspected to make sure the goods returned are unused and have been returned in the original packaging.
No returns or refunds on sale items.
Unfortunately items we have specially sourced for you cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items bought on our site can not be refunded or exchanged in store.
WARRANTY/REPLACEMENTS
All our goods have a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects in terms of the Consumer Protection Act of 2008 (the CPA).

The item will be assessed by either the supplier or ourselves, depending on the item and further information or images maybe requested if necessary.
You will need to have it returned to us at your OWN cost.
If the product is found to be defective, we will either repair the defect, exchange the item or if this is not possible, refund you.
A product defect specifically excludes damage arising from the following:
Damage arising from any alterations to the product.
Damage arising from negligence, incorrect use or abuse of the product.
Damage arising from normal wear and tear.
Damage arising from inadequate care that could reasonably be expected.
